Khalil Suleiman Halilu, is the visionary leader at the helm of Nigeria’s foremost technology transfer agency and the driving force behind the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI). Khalil’s mission is clear: to harness the power of modern science and engineering to propel Nigeria’s industrialization agenda and position NASENI as a beacon of technological prowess on the national and global stage.

As Executive Vice Chairman, Khalil operates on creation, collaboration, and commercialization principles, ensuring that NASENI delivers world-class products and services. With a track record of founding and investing in cutting-edge technology ventures across diverse sectors like Logistics, Agriculture, E-Commerce, and more, Khalil brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to his role.

At NASENI, Khalil leverages his entrepreneurial spirit to chart a strategic course for Nigeria’s economic transformation through technology transfer and adaptation. His passion for closing the technology gap in Africa drives him to explore new frontiers in technology, with a relentless focus on improving lives and livelihoods across the continent.

Khalil has a Master of Science (M.Sc) in International Business and also a B.Sc in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, United Kingdom respectively. He is a member of the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum (Kano Hub), and also a member of the Kano, Lagos, and Abuja Polo Clubs, and the Kano Golf Club.
