Nkechi Isaac

Nkechi Isaac is the founder and publisher of Science Nigeria, She is a seasoned science communicator with over a decade experience in science reporting and communication. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in development communication in Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK).

Ms Isaac is a fellow of the Cornell University, Ithaca, USA based Alliance for Science. She started her journalism career at LEADERSHIP Newspapers and rose through the ranks to the position of deputy editor. Ms Isaac is widely travelled and has participated in many international conferences of the United Nations and other international organisations.

Nkechi Isaac is the lead trainer of the Alliance for Science. She has mentored numerous young science reporters, moderated/facilitated various meetings and trainings, and consults for organisations both nationally and internationally.
